Who we are

Mabati.ke is an independent mabati price guide. We are the data controller for the information you share with us. Contact: hello@mabati.ke.

What we collect

Only the minimum needed to get you a roofing quote: the product you want, your quantity or house size, your county, and your phone number if you choose to share it. We do not require an email or an account.

How we use it

We use your request to connect you with vetted partner factories so you receive real quotes. By submitting the quote form or messaging us, you consent to us sharing the minimum necessary details with those factories for this purpose.

Who we share it with

We share your request only with vetted partner factories able to serve your county. We never sell your details to anyone else, and we never share more than is necessary to get you a quote.

The monthly price list

If you opt in to the monthly Mabati Price List on WhatsApp, we use your number only to send that list. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or messaging us, and we will remove you.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@mabati.ke.

Retention

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to connect you with a factory and handle any follow-up, then remove them.
